The latest report on the state of Australian Cities has been released. State of Australian Cities 2013 shows what’s happening to urban population and settlement and looks at productivity, sustainability and liveability. It also addresses governance in Australia’s 18 major cities and an evaluation of progress in implementing the National Urban Policy. This year the report includes a number of interactive data maps that are fantastic. The information is pretty comprehensive although the migration data is limited to Sydney at this stage.
